For
many years the marketing mantra of the real estate
industry has been to brag about being the biggest
and the best. It is not uncommon to see slogans
such as “We Sell The Most Homes in Tampa”
or “We Are The Best in Tampa Bay.” However,
if this was the case, then there would only be one
successful real estate firm in Tampa. We all know
this is not true. Self-serving statements do not
set the criteria needed by most real estate consumers.
Several selection factors must be considered before
determining which real estate agent, or firm, will
best suit your needs. When all is said and done,
real estate is not rocket science. Sometimes Quality
versus Quantity is just what the doctor ordered.
