If at any time you find a potential buyer for your home,
whether it be through work or personal contact, FireHouse
Realty will rebate you the portion of the listing commission
that would normally be paid to the Buyer's Agent. The amount
of this commission can vary, but it is usually substantial
– saving you quite a bit of money.
FireHouse Realty still provides a full-service marketing
package for you and continues to handle all of the transaction
details - even if you happen to find the buyer. FireHouse
Realty always encourages sellers to become involved in the
sale of their home.
