Julie Noyas was born in Yokohama, Japan and raised in a
military family. Being the eldest daughter of an Army Major,
most of her childhood years were spent in Virginia, near
Arlington Hall Station and the Pentagon. She moved to Tampa
in 1982 and has been a resident ever since.
Julie started her real estate career as a part-time Assistant
for Ms. Victoria Goggin, a Licensed Real Estate Broker in
New Tampa. Working for Ms. Goggin was a wonderful opportunity.
Julie soon began to see the life of real estate through
her Broker’s eyes – day after day. She had officially
entered an exciting, highly rewarding, and sometimes frustrating
business – the wonderful world of real estate!
As Julie started to list properties, she realized she had
a talent for it. To this date, every listing that she has
ever earned has resulted in a sales contract. She has earned
numerous sales awards and they are available for review
by Client request. Julie has also earned the e-Pro®
designation, which indicates that a Realtor® has been
trained on Internet business principles and technologies.
She has also earned the mark of expertise and service with
the ABR® designation; which is invaluable for consumers
that demand buyer representation.
As time went on, Julie’s knowledge and thirst for
real estate increased. She eventually decided it was time
to branch out and start her own company, FireHouse Realty.
FireHouse Realty was born out of a love for real estate,
and named in honor of Julie’s husband, Hector Noyas,
Jr. He is currently the Assistant Fire Marshall for the City of Zephyrhills. He has over twenty-five accumulative years in the Fire Service and has previously been
named Firefighter of the Year and been awarded the Medal
of Valor from the City of Tampa. Hector has been a driving
and supportive force behind the concept and birth of FireHouse
Realty.
Julie’s
hobbies are cooking, entertaining with friends, gardening and the martial arts. She
is a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and understands the true
meaning of commitment, loyalty and self-discipline.
Julie tries to live her life with integrity, strength and
wisdom. Her martial arts experience has helped her to build
strong relationships with her real estate clients. Julie
is careful to stay focused on their needs. In other words,
she never takes her clients for granted. They are the reason
for her success.
